Overall meaning : Say, Muhammad, ‘I seek refuge in the Creator of the daybreak from the evil of whatever He has created, from the evil of the night when it comes and grows intensely dark, from the evil of those witches who, while performing magic with the intent to harm, blow on knots which they tie in a cord and from the evil of the envier when he envies.’
